GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS FOR ALL TYPES:
A. Pumping stations with submerged installation
• The electric pumps are immersed directly in the domestic waste water.
• Diameters from DN 800 – DN 3600 mm
• Depths H up to 13.6 m
• 1 to 5 electric pumps
• Self-coupling devices with guide rods up to the cover area;
• Isolation valves, check valves;
• Venting and ventilation pipes;
• Cover class A,B,C,D according to the installation area.
B. Pumping stations with dry installation
• The pumping station consists of 2 compartments: a wet compartment for the collection of domestic wastewater and a dry compartment, where the electric pumps are installed.
• The electric pumps are installed in a dry system, their suction being from the wet compartment.
• Maintenance and installation work takes place in hygienic conditions.
• Diameters from DN 800 – DN 3600 mm
• Depths H up to 13.6 m
• 1 to 3 electric pumps
• Rest and work platform where applicable
• Isolation valves, check valves;
• Pipes venting and ventilation
• Cover class A,B,C,D according to the installation area
C. Pumping stations with dry installation and solids separation system
With this system, the electric pumps do not come into direct contact with the solids in the waste water thanks to the solids separation system.
ADVANTAGES:
• Reduced operating costs due to the use of pumps with a reduced spherical passage, which require less engine power
• Reduced maintenance and operating costs for the moving parts of the pumps
• Hygienic conditions for maintenance and installation work, the space where the pumps are installed remaining dry, clean and odorless
