Commercial wastewater from toilets comprises all sewage water flushed from toilets on commercial, industrial or public properties. Sulzer supports clients in finding solutions for quick and effective disposal of black wastewater from public properties, and for transportation into the municipal wastewater network.

Piranha sewage pumps with shredding action provide reliable and economical discharge of effluent under pressure in private municipal and communal schemes.

Lifting station

The Piranhamat 100 and 120 models are compact fecal pumping units for direct connection of one toilet in accordance with EN 12050-3.
The Piranhamat 701-1002 is a flood-proof double lifting station for automatic sewage pumping from areas below the backwash level in accordance with EN 12050-1.
The Sanimat 1000 is a flood-proof single lifting station for the removal of wastewater and sewage from areas below the sewer level in accordance with EN 12050-1.
The Sanimat 1002 is a flood-proof double lifting station for automatic sewage pumping from areas below the backwash level in accordance with EN 12050-1.

Check valves type ABS are non-return valves made from cast iron or plastic for horizontal or vertical discharge lines in accordance with EN 12050-4.
Plug-in acoustic alarm for connection to a 230 V Euro socket.

Control panel

The CP 114 is a compact control panel for single pumping stations. It is suitable for use in applications such as tanks, small pits, or standard commercial applications with a single-phase 1/230/N/PE power supply.
The CP 116 and CP 216 compact control panels for one or two pumps directly connect to pumps up to 5.5 KW (12A). The optional GSM/GPRS modem allows communication with AquaWeb or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems using the Comli or Modbus protocols. Ex-versions are also available.
The CP 112 and CP 212 are compact control panels for one or two pumps. They directly connect to pumps up to 5.5 kW (12A), and feature three-phase and single-phase versions. Ex-versions are also available.
A wide range of control panels are available to enable a strong and flexible product offering. New panels are added continuously to match market needs and demands.

Measuring device

The MD 131 is a conductive level switch primarily used as an overflow switch in sewage pumping pits. The MD 131 can also be used in other applications where the conductivity of the medium is above 20 μS/cm.
The KS float switch, used in liquids for control or signal activation, operates in response to the liquid level. It is also suitable for use in sewage and for automatic level control. The KS float switch is impact- and shock-resistant, mercury-free, and environmentally friendly.

The MD 124 is a 4-20 mA loop-powered pressure sensor. It has a robust construction and is easily mounted on a standard 35 mm DIN rail. MD 124 is ideal for measuring liquid levels using the ”bubble tube” principle.
The MD 126 is a high-accuracy submersible hydrostatic level sensor. Encapsulated in stainless steel and resistant to sewage water, it is designed to measure levels in liquids such as storm water and wastewater in sump pumps.
MD 127 is a sewage water resistant, stainless steel encapsulated, submersible, hydrostatic level sensor of very high accuracy and over pressure capability. It is designed for level measurement in liquids like stormwater and wastewater in pump sumps. When connecting the 2-wire loop powered sensor in series with a DC power supply, the MD 127 gives a 4 to 20 mA output signal which is proportional to the level of the liquid.

Control accessory

The CA 511 is an operator panel for advanced monitoring of pumping stations. It can only be used in combination with the PC 441 monitoring/controller unit. The CAN-bus manages communications and supplies power. The TFT 480×272 pixel display includes 28 keys to simplify operations and ensure user-friendly operation.

The CA 524 is a 4G modem suitable for use with all type ABS controllers equipped with RS 232 modem communication. The modem kit comes complete with modem, dipole type T antenna, power cable and a DIN-rail socket. Diodes for indication of power and network status.

CA 461 is designed to spy and detect leakage in pumps and mixers. The amplifier is housed in a norm enclosure fitted for DIN-rail mounting. The unit is available in two executions, 24 VDC or 110-230 VAC supply.
The CA 441 performs leakage monitoring on submersible pumps. With four signal inputs, it monitors up to four individual pumps or one pump with separate alarms. The unit can be mounted either in the cabinet or up to 250 meters away from the pump (when using the same earth potential). CA 441 can only be used in combination with the PC 441 monitoring/controller unit.

The CA 443 is an electrical property measuring device used either for a complete station or for a single pump. It can be connected to the PC 441 via a galvanic-isolated CAN-bus interface and can only be used in combination with the PC 441 monitoring/controller unit.

With output expansion module CA 781 you can control an extended number of pumps with your existing PC 441 system.

A wide range of accessories is available. This to enable a flexible and strong product offering. New accessories are added continuously to match market needs and demands.

Communication module type ABS CA 622 allows you to send and receive information to your peripheral products via your existing pump controller PC 441 using a RS 485 Modbus interface.

CA 462 is designed to spy and detect temperature and leakage in pumps and mixers. The amplifier is housed in a norm enclosure fitted for DIN-rail mounting. The unit is available in two executions, 24 VDC or 110-230 VAC supply.

The CA 442 is a temperature monitoring unit with four signal inputs. It can monitor one to four pumps with combined alarms (one alarm per pump) or up to four separate alarms using one unit per pump. The CA 442 can be connected to the PC 441 via a CAN-bus interface and can only be used in combination with the PC 441 monitoring/controller unit.

Pump controller

PCx is a powerful, technically-advanced control system enabling scalable, flexible, and modular system buildup. It is suitable for applications such as small and medium-sized sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, booster pressure stations, and sewage pumping stations.

The EC 531 is an all-in-one solution for control and monitoring of pumping stations with one or two pumps. EC 531 is equipped with smart VFD control including PID and Best Efficiency Point (BEP).

The PC 111 is a single-pump controller designed mainly for use in either gravitation or pressurized municipal wastewater pumping stations. Its many simple-to-use features improve pumping station functionality and reliability throughout its life-cycle.

The PC 211 is an easy-to-use dual-pump controller designed mainly for use in either gravitation or pressurized municipal wastewater pumping stations. Its numerous features improve pumping station functionality and reliability throughout its life-cycle.

The PC 441 is a monitor and controller for one to four pumps, designed mainly for use in municipal wastewater pumping stations. The PC 441 has many advanced features to minimize operating costs and increase the availability of the pumping station throughout its life cycle.
